What we collect, and what we don't.

This site collects as little as it can, and this page tells you all of it. If you never use the contact form, we never learn anything about you that we keep.

What we collect

Only when you send us something through the contact form. Two kinds of thing:

• What you type. Your name, your email address, and your message. Your phone number and your firm as well, if you choose to give them — those two are optional and the form works without them.
• What your browser sends with it. The IP address the request came from, the country that address resolves to, and your browser's user-agent string. You don't type these. Every request on the web carries them, and we record them alongside your enquiry.

That is the complete list. There is nothing else, and there is no other place on this site where anything is collected.

Why

The first list is so that we can read your enquiry and reply to it. The second list is so that we can tell a person from a bot, trace abuse of the form, and confirm that a message we received is a message that was actually sent. We do not use any of it to profile you, score you, or build an audience.

Where it goes

Your enquiry is stored by Cloudflare, which also hosts and serves this site, and it is delivered into a New Era Energy mailbox on Google Workspace. Those vendors handle it to make the form work and for nothing else. Nobody else receives it.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records expire automatically twenty-four months after they arrive — IP address included. That expiry is enforced by the system that stores them, not by someone remembering to do it. If a conversation turns into a working relationship, the correspondence lives in our email like any other business correspondence, but the form record itself still expires on schedule.

What we never do

We do not sell your data. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it for anyone's marketing, including our own. We do not add you to a list. There is no newsletter, no retargeting, no lead broker, and no advertising on this site of any kind.

Cookies and tracking: none

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no tracking pixels, no session recording, and no third-party scripts. The fonts are served from our own domain rather than a font network. While you read this site your browser makes no request to any other company — and the site's content-security policy is configured so that it cannot. Because we do not track you across other websites, a Do Not Track signal has nothing here to switch off; we honor it by construction rather than by policy.

Seeing it, correcting it, deleting it

Write to info@neweraenergy.ai and ask. We will send you a copy of what we hold, correct it, or delete it and confirm that we have — normally within a few days, and in any case within thirty. You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need to live somewhere that grants you the right. We will do it for anyone who asks.

If this notice changes

If we change how any of this works, we change this page and move the effective date at the top of it. There is no version of this page that we would rather you did not read.
